Why BioDiesel?

Our centers can turn your waste into many different products from animal feed, to road construction product and of course bio-diesel. We strive to support our local economy and provide a "green" solution to your waste management.

We recycle the oil to produce ASTM standards bio-diesel that is many times less harmful to the environment and much more efficient.

Our B100 biodiesel can be used as a pure fuel, or it can be blended with petroleum diesel in any percentage. Common blends like B20 have demonstrated significant economic and environmental benefits for consumers.

Biodiesel Explained

Biodiesel is a clean-burning, alternative fuel produced from renewable resources. No longer do we need to depend on energy left here from the beginning of time; energy that is becoming increasingly more difficult and costly to obtain. We are now in the age when agriculture will provide the fuel for our bodies and our engines alike.

Biodiesel Advantages

  • It’s a clean, renewable biofuel with combustion properties similar to petroleum diesel.
  • It can be made from fresh vegetable oils or from used, off-specification waste oils derived from the food processing industry or from fats, tallow and animal oils.
  • Biodiesel reduces automobile emissions.
  • Biodiesel is biodegradable.

Market Hurdles

Biodiesel fuel has been tested extensively for emissions and for compatibility with existing engines and fuel property standards. Biodiesel milestones met include:

  • Development of a fuel standard (ASTM)
  • US Congressional recognition and qualification as an alternative fuel
  • Engine manufacturer acceptance
  • Positive public image and exceptance

Biodiesel Facts

  • Contains no protroleum, but can be blended at any level with petroleum-based diesel to create a biodiesel blended fuel.
  • Burns in compression-ignition (diesel) engines without having to perform major modifications to the engine.
  • Is simple to use, biodegradeable, non-toxic and free of sulfur and aromatics.
